Setting the Stage
In life every person has had good points and bad points. You’re all like *yawn* but hear me out. Think about those good points… what made them good? Can you remember any of the details surround the event(s)? Same with the bad, what led up to that bad event? Try to remember as many details as you can: bad day at work, bad week at home, bad month of eating. Whatever details there may be just think about them, write them down and then just leave it alone.
